Return Policy

All sales are final, however, if your product is defective or damaged in transit, please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase to museumgiftshop@forestlawn.com to alert us of the damage and we will issue you a return authorization number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If a replacement is not available we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost.

All returns must be sent with the original receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase.
